Under our policy, you are granted a strict window of thirty days from the verified date of delivery to initiate a formal return or exchange request. If thirty days have elapsed since your package was successfully delivered according to the courier tracking logs, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, credit, or product exchange under any circumstances.
Footwear Eligibility and Condition Framework
To qualify for a successful return, your sneakers, casual slippers, mules, clogs, or boots must be in pristine, un-worn, unwashed, and completely resalable condition. The items must be entirely free from scuffs, sole dirt, creasing, pet hair, or odors. They must be returned in their original product packaging, including the original shoe box, internal protective tissue paper, tags, and all included accessories or inserts. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping Allocations and Financial Liability
Unless the return is a direct result of an administrative error on our part—such as shipping an incorrect size, wrong colorway, or a verified manufacturing defect—the customer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for all return shipping postage and transport costs. Return shipping costs are entirely non-refundable. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Comprehensive Refund Inspection and Verification
Once your returned footwear is received at our intake facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to verify compliance with our condition framework. We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and confirming whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected based on the structural state of the merchandise.
Refund Processing Timelines and Financial Execution
If your return is officially approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of business days, depending entirely on your banking institution’s standard processing schedules. If you have not received an expected refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card issuer before reaching out to our administration.
